Statement of Faith & Doctrine:

CONCERNING THE BIBLE:

We believe the 66 books of the Old and New Testament are:

  • The complete, inspired, infallible Word of God.
  • The Scriptures were written through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit by human writers as they were divinely inspired.
  • We hold the King James Authorized Version of the Bible to be the infallible Word of God, preserved in the words he wanted us to have in the English language.
  • It is FTM's final authority for faith and practice.
  • The King James Version will be the official and only version used, promoted, or quoted by this organization, and all endorsements or uses of scriptural references by 3rd party references or resources will be amended to uphold this belief in our works, whether digital or physical in nature.
  • (II Timothy 3:16, Psalms 119:89, II Peter 1:20-21)

THE NATURE OF GOD AND SALVATION:

We believe God eternally exists in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Recognized as “The Trinity or Triune God.”

  • We reject the teaching that the Father God left His Fatherhood to become the Son of God to die for mankind returning unto Heaven then becoming the Holy Spirit alone that is within us.
  • We believe the Father, Son and Spirit, though equal in Godhood, are separate yet unified entities: the Father upon his throne, the Son of God at His right hand, and the Holy Spirit indwelling the believer, all three God.
  • (John 3:16-17, II Corinthians 13:4, I John 5:5-10, Philippians 3:5-11)

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God:

            • God made incarnate in the flesh.
            • Was born of a virgin by the Holy Spirit.
            • Maintained a perfect sinless life on earth while being tempted as a man that he might acquaint himself with man’s infirmities. (Yet without sin).
            • Was crucified on a cross, died, was buried and on the third day rose bodily from the grave to be our eternal living Savior.
            • We believe the death of Christ on the cross was the substitutional blood sacrifice for our sin and is the only sacrifice for our sin acceptable in the eyes of God.
            • (Isaiah 7:14, Luke 1:26-35, John 1:1-14, Romans 5:8, Galatians 4:4)

We believe all have sinned, and that curse and sin -as well as judgment- has been procured upon the earth due to the original sin in the garden of Eden by Adam and Eve and was its first introduction into the world:

                            (Romans 5, Hebrews 9:27, Romans 3:23, Romans 8:20-22)

We believe Salvation is by Grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone: (Ephesians 2:8-9)

          • We must be drawn by the Father in order to be saved just a prayer (words) is not sufficient but a work within the heart. (John 6:44, Romans 10:9-10)
          • Salvation is offered to all, and God commands every man to repent, and promises to save anyone who believes on Him: (John 3:16, I John 2:2, Romans 10:9-10, Acts 17:30, II Peter 3:9)
          • We must have a specific time in our lives that we accepted the gift of salvation, a time we “believed” (Mark 1:15, John 1:7, John 3:15-18, John 6:47)
          • We must believe the gospel, and call to God with our mouth and heart for the gift of his salvation, as we are not all “children of God”: (Romans 10:12-13, Acts 22:16, Romans 10:9-10, John 8:44, I John 3:8)
          • We believe Salvation through Jesus Christ is eternal and everlasting. Once saved, the believer can never lose the free gift of Salvation under any circumstance. Salvation is:
          • Promised by God, secured, kept, and sealed by the Holy Ghost. (Titus 1:2, I John 2:25, I John 5:13, II Corinthians 1:11, Ephesians 1:13,4:30, Romans 4:21)
          • The righteousness we have, is not of our own but has been imputed by the Father due to the payment of His Son Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:26/ Romans 4:3-13)
          • Jesus is the mediator and propitiation for our sins. (Romans 3:25)
          • (Also see: John 10:27-31, Philippians 1:6, I Peter 1:5 & 19-23)
          • We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells the believer at the time of Salvation, and that all believers are baptized into the one true Body of Christ. The Ministry of the Holy Spirit is to draw and convict the lost, comfort the believer and convict the believer of sin, judgment, and righteousness. (John 14:26; John 16:6-14, I Corinthians 12:12-13)

THE CHURCH: ITS FUNCTIONS AND ORDINANCES:

We believe the Lords Supper is a church ordinance:

          • In commemoration of the death of our Savior.
          • His flesh is represented by unleavened bread.
          • His blood by the unfermented fruit of the vine.
          • As reminder and reflection of his sacrifice.
          • Should be oft celebrated and commemorated by the church body until Christ’s return.
          • (Luke 22:17-20, I Corinthians 11:17-26)

We believe that baptism is a commanded ordinance of the Lord Jesus Christ for all believers.

          • It is a public proclamation picturing the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ.
          • Symbolizes our fleshly death to sin to live as a new creature in Christ.
          • That we also shall be raised from the dead taking part in the victory of His resurrection.
          • Baptism is not required for salvation. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:28, I Peter 3:21)
          • Is the first command for all believers. Immersion is the only scriptural mode of baptism and is for believers only.
          • (Matthew 28:19, Acts 8:36-38, Romans 6:3-4)

We believe that the New Testament Church:

          • Is the Bride of Christ: It is made up solely of born again baptized believers.
          • The Church shall be autonomous and independent of external control or authority.
          • We believe Scriptures clearly teach the establishment and continuance of local churches.
          • We recognize water baptism and the Lord’s Supper as scriptural ordinances for the local Church in this dispensational age.
          • (I Corinthians 12:12-14, Ephesians 1:22-23, Ephesians 5:25-33, Acts 2:41-42, 13:1-4, 14:27, I Timothy 3:1-13)

We believe God has given the Church a Great Commission:

          • To proclaim the Gospel to all nation’s tribes and ethnic groups
          • Therefore, we believe the Church has a sacred duty to support -in every way possible- the work of missionaries (foreign and domestic) to give all people the opportunity to come to Christ the Savior.
          • We believe in the importance of discipleship, and faithful men teaching others also.
          • (Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16:15, Luke 24:46-48, John 20:21, Acts 1:8, II Corinthians 5:20 II Timothy 2:1-3, Colossians 1:28, 3:16 Acts 28:31, Titus 2.)

We believe that God has commanded His people to support the Church:

          • Financially with their free-will offerings.
          • The tithe (tenth) of increase is established as the basis of giving. From the “first-fruits” of increase.
          • The believer should also give cheerfully and sacrificially as an act of worship to God, as to finance the ministries of the Church.
          • The Christian relinquishes all rights to direct the use of the tithe once the gift has been given.
          • (Proverbs 3:9-10, Malachi 3:8-10, I Corinthians 16:1-2, Galatians 6:6, I Timothy 5:17-18)

We believe it is a command for all who name the name of Christ to separate themselves from worldly and sinful                             pleasures, practices, and associations. (Romans 12:1-2, II Corinthians 6:14, I John 2:15-17)

        END TIMES AND ETERNITY:

We believe in the imminent premillennial return of our Lord Jesus Christ to rapture all believers out of this world prior to a seven-year tribulation period.

• During the seven-year tribulation period on earth God will judge His people, Israel, and all unbelievers (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11, 4:13-18, Matthew 24, Acts 1:11; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10). Psalm 89:3-4, Titus 2:13, Revelation 3:10, 19:11-16, 20:1-6) 1 Corinthians 15:51-52)

• At the end of the Tribulation period, God himself, will descend from Heaven with his saints with him on white horses, that upon his foot touching the mountains, they will split and divide making way for the City of the New Jerusalem which God has built to celebrate and rule and reign for 1000 years in the vicinity of current day Israel, and the city of now-day Jerusalem. The gates will be always open. Thus, we are not anti-Semitic, or Zionists understanding this. and a literal 1000-year reign inside New Jerusalem thus supporting the nation of Israel understanding they remain God’s chosen people and this is a celebration of their reunion with Christ in finality and we, the church, his bride. (I Thessalonians 3:13 Revelation 19, Revelation 20:1-6, Matthew 25:31-36 Isaiah 60, Zechariah 14)

• All men have eternal souls that will spend eternity in one of two places God assigns based upon their Belief, or rejection of His Salvation.

            • The unbelieving who die, wait in a literal fiery Hell for the day of final judgment where they will be assigned to the proper degree of punishment in a literal Lake of Fire.
            • The saved however, will be given a new body upon a literal bodily resurrection to everlasting life. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 1 Corinthians 15:51-58, Luke 16:19-, Revelation 20:11-15).

STRUCTURE OF THE FAMILY/HOME/CONVERSTATION

We believe God ordained and established the authority of three basic institutions:

            • 1-the home,
            • 2-the Church,
            • 3-the state.
            • God has given each institution specific responsibilities and the authority to carry out those responsibilities.
            • No one institution has the right to infringe upon the other.
            • Every person is subject to these authorities, but all, -including the authorities themselves-, are subject to God and governed by His Word.
            • The home, the Church and the state are equal and sovereign in their respective Biblically assigned sphere of responsibility under God.
            • (Romans 13:1-7, Ephesians 5:22-24, Hebrews 13:17, I Peter 2:13-14)

We believe that God has commanded no intimate sexual activity outside of marriage between a man and a woman.

            • We believe this is a moral and not political issue.
            • We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, incest, fornication, adultery, pedophilia, and pornography are sinful perversions of God's gift of sex.
            • (Genesis 2:24-25, 19:1-25, Leviticus 19:1-30, Romans 1:22-32, I Corinthians 5:1, 6:9, I Thessalonians 4:1-5, Hebrews 13:4)

    CREATION & ORIGINS:

We believe that man was created:

            • Originally in the express image of God but because of the sin of Adam, man became alienated from God and inherited a sinful nature.
            • Therefore, man is depraved and completely unable to remedy his condition in and of himself, and once born again, must strive to conform to the image of Christ inwardly and daily.
            • (Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 3, Genesis 9:6, I Corinthians 11:7, Romans 3:22-23, Romans 5:8-12, 29, Romans 6:23)

We believe that God created the universe in six literal 24-hour periods. We reject all other theories concerning the origin of the universe. (Genesis 1-2, Exodus 20:11)

We believe, outside of God himself; nothing is everlasting in nature whether spiritual, natural, material, or immaterial: to the intent that God might have pre-eminence above all, and all elements and non elements were created within the 6-day creation by him and for him. Colossians 1:17-18/John 1:1-2/Exodus 20:11 “All that therein is”)

We believe that God, created everything “very good” and perfect (including Lucifer/Satan) without curse, death, disease and the presence of sin nature, and that previous to the 6-day creation was no fallen earth, judgment, sin, or presence of evil. (Genesis 1:31/ Ezekiel 28:15/ Romans 5:12/

We reject the position that God created evil, and sin of his own will as part of God’s original creation.

1. Evil originated by and from Satan the father of sin, effecting the angelic beings also, and in the end, mankind, and the whole world. (Revelation 12:9 / Deuteronomy 32:4-5)

2. Alternatively, God, is responsible for presenting the two realities upon the earth: The presence of, and ability for, mankind to obtain the “knowledge” of good and evil’s existence. He created upon the Earth’s atmosphere both light/darkness and good/evil realities upon the earth through the creation of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and the Serpent Satan) (Isaiah 45:7/ Job 26:13/Romans 7:21/Psalm 78:49 / Proverbs 16:4) With the intent for man to obey his command not to eat of its fruit.

3. God is not the author or originator of the basis of evil itself or its confusion.

4. (I Corinthians. 14:33 God is not the author of confusion/ confusion is a product of sin (James 3:16)

5. The face of God is against them that do evil (Psalm. 34:16/I Peter 3:12/James 1:13)

6. Evil does not dwell nor originate from God as he wants to prevent evil: (II Thessalonians 5:22/ Romans 13:4/Psalm. 5:4)

7. His way and works are perfect and without iniquity: Habakkuk 1:13

We believe the presence of darkness was indeed a literal darkness God separated from literal light in the world’s atmosphere yet exemplifying the spiritual implication that spiritual darkness and spiritual Light cannot and will never be spiritually compatible.

1. We reject that darkness (evil) is everlasting in nature. We believe Day 1 of creation was a literal creation and division of darkness and light.

2. We reject the teaching that darkness and light being ‘unseparated’ in the beginning references a mixture of an always-existing evil and righteousness that needed distinction or separation as Righteousness is everlasting as the very quality of God.

3. We reject that Jesus (as The Light) was created upon day 1 of creation, as he is attributed as the Light that “lighteth the world” Jesus is everlasting and is not a created being nor was the threefold Trinity a “creation” We believe the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are equally everlasting.

4. However, we believe all evil spirits did indeed reside (and still reside) within darkness (John 3:20) and God moved to bring His light upon everything he created.

5. God cannot sin, is perfect and his works and creations were originally perfect in nature. (Titus 1:5/James 1:13,17 / Jude 1 /John 1:1-9)

We believe that Satan is a created creature (Serpent) and spiritual being, the author of sin and declared enemy of God and man. He is the deceiver, accuser of the brethren. At the end of this world, he will be cast into the lake of fire and eternally punished. (Isaiah 14:12-17, Matthew 4:2-11, Revelation 20:10)

SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE:

We believe that life begins at conception; that an unborn child is a living being.

  • Abortion constitutes the willful murder of an unborn child.
  • Abortion is a moral and not a political issue.
  • Any performed abortions -no matter the situation- is unacceptable unto God. These unfortunate circumstances include rape, incest, birth defects, gender selection, birth control or the name of “mental well-being” of the mother. (Job 3:16, Psalm 51:5, 139:14-16, Isaiah 44:24, Jeremiah 1:5, 20:15-18, Luke 1:44)

We believe all human life is sacred, and must be preserved, and regarded without bias with the exception spelled out in scripture in context to corporal punishment:

  • Our worldview is against any and every form of controlling or limiting by population, nationality, or language.
  • Any form of *“Eugenics” is sinful and against God: *(A superior favorableness toward one who may exhibit more intellectual or externally pleasing features or health and defined by a presupposed superior “race” defined specifically by origin of one’s nationality or language decided upon by a specified authority in the medical or scientific field of bias.”
  • All are equal in the sight of God. We reject all ideas that there is a superior race and hold that the human race consists of all nationalities, genders, language, and creed God established in Genesis 10 during the building of the tower of Babel.
  • (Genesis 9:6, Genesis 10:11-9, Exodus 20:13, Numbers 35:16-31, Deuteronomy 19:10, Matthew 19:18)
